We are hiring! Full Time Admin & Marketing Executive
JH Group are looking to recruit a motivated and proactive Administration & Marketing Executive to support the MD & Office Manager in the day to day running of a busy construction and property development company based in North Somerset.
Administration & Marketing Duties
- General administration – detailing with company emails, enquiries, answering phone calls
- Management and preparation of health & safety documents for new projects
- Liaising with third party H&S adviser as required
- Supporting Supervisors/Site Managers with project administration
- Dealing with recruitment
- Administration of company policies and documents
- Fleet management
- Dealing with suppliers and company trade accounts
- PQQ submissions & Coordination with QS’s
- Company accreditation applications and renewals (CHAS, ISO, EXCOR)
- Managing the companies’ social media channels
- Preparing & managing direct mail campaigns and promotions
- Update and maintain the company website
- General administration duties to support Managing Director & Office Manager
The ideal candidate:
- Knowledge of the building and construction industry
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft Packages
- A highly motivated work ethic and fine eye for detail
- Self-efficient and a problem solver
- Dedicated and pioneering
- Innovative with systems and process to improve efficiency
- Reliable in attendance and have a desire for achievement
- Must be motivated to work on own
