JH Group Commences Groundworks at Luckwell Road

March 2021 marks 12 months since lockdown but it also marks the start of JH Group’s latest groundworks project at Luckwell Road, Bristol.

We will be delivering the groundworks package for the redevelopment of the Kellaway Supplies / Winterstoke Garage site for 67 residential units of 8 terraced houses and 59 flats. The project is being driven by United Communities and Developments Bristol, with Rydon SW Ltd as Principal Contractor.

It’s anticipated that 16 flats will be for United Communities to be social rented. Eight 3 bedroom terraced houses for private sale by Development Bristol and 44 flats for private sale by Developments Bristol.

The groundworks package is expected to take 40 weeks, split into two phases with an estimated completion on the project being Summer 2022.
